Practice areas include corporate law, financial institutions, securities
law, and health care law.
Corporate and securities practice includes corporate organizations,
ongoing corporate representation, and mergers and acquisitions. Experienced
in private placements and public financing transactions, including
SEC registered offerings and in advising publicly held companies in
disclosure obligations and reporting requirements.
Financial institutions practice emphasizes mergers and acquisitions,
raising capital and regulatory compliance. Experience includes new
bank and bank holding company formations.
Health care practice includes representation
of owners and operators of long-term care facilities, including business
organizations, management agreements, mergers and asset acquisitions,
financing transactions, contracts and operations. Experience also
includes representing provider organization including physicians and
other health professionals.
