Practice includes a wide variety of business related disputes with emphasis on advising business clients regarding corporate liability, director-officer liability, business torts and contract disputes. Particular experience includes issues arising out of disputes or misuse of trade secret. Some experience with articles 2 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code; disputes arising out of the acquisition or sale of business interests and real estate; broker-dealer and lender liability issues.

Previous Experience

While working at Kilmer, Vorhees & Laurick included practice in insurance defense, employment related disputes and commercial disputes of varied nature. Also, clerked for Honorable Ellen F. Rosenblum, presently a Court of Appeals Judge; formerly a Judge in Multnomah County Circuit Court

Education

Ms. Larsen attended and obtained her doctorate of jurisprudence from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College, in Portland Oregon. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Whitman College in Walla Walla Washington. Prior to attending law school, she also attended a 6 month International Society and Business Program in Tokyo, Japan. She lived in Japan for approximately two years; returning to intern at a Japanese Law Firm for one summer during law school.
